Electrochemistry

DFI harnesses the power of electrochemistry to do what is traditionally impossible or only possible with harsh chemicals and significant environmental impact.  The results are processes that are clean, simple and revolutionary in terms of cost.

DFI has used this technology for the innovative production of Xylitol and Erythritol.  These two natural sweeteners have low glycemic impacts and significant health benefits.
